Welcome to MatchPlay Pro AI League Management Platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. League Organizations

3.1 Organization Accounts

League organizations using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate organization information
• Maintain active subscription for continued service
• Comply with payment terms for subscription fees
• Ensure fair and honest management of league activities
• Protect player and team data in accordance with data protection laws

3.2 Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are calculated at £1 per active player per month. Organizations agree to:

• Pay subscription fees on time
• Maintain accurate player registration records
• Accept that services may be suspended for non-payment
• Provide accurate billing information

4. Team Registration and Payments

Teams registering through the platform agree to:

• Pay applicable registration fees as set by the league organization
• Provide accurate team and player information
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
• Comply with league rules and regulations
• Accept that registration is subject to approval by league administrators

5. Advertising and Sponsorship

Organizations utilizing advertising features agree that:

• Advertisements must comply with all applicable laws
• Content must not be offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate
• Performance metrics are provided as estimates only
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement
• Revenue from advertising belongs to the league organization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

The platform, including its design, functionality, code, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by MatchPlay Pro AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (team names, player information, photos, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the service.

6.3 Trademarks

"MatchPlay Pro AI" and related marks are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Organizations using our platform agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable, when handling player and team member data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes between league organizations and members
• We are not liable for data loss (though we implement reasonable backups)
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MatchPlay Pro AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may suspend or terminate the service for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance and security updates
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Conduct that harms other users or the service

12. Changes to Terms
